We're celebrating our front line staff as they serve riders every day
Cherriots is joining thousands of organizations around the country in celebrating National Customer Service Week from October 1-5. We are so proud of our front line staff who live the Cherriots Way as they provide world-class customer service in every interaction, with every customer, every day. They serve our riders with a passion, whether it's helping them find the best route to take, teaching them about our different passes, or training them how to use the bus to get where they need to go. We take this week to shine a spotlight on their great work and say thank you.
National Customer Service Week was created by the Institute of Customer Service in the UK, which was founded in 1996. The institute has found that for every point that employee engagement goes up, customer satisfaction also rises. Its mission is to help organizations improve their business performance through service and we join them in recognizing our customer service heroes at Cherriots.
We'll be providing a special lunch for our customer service staff, as well as handing out certificates acknowledging their hard work in serving our riders. We also encourage all of our riders to stop by the Customer Service office to say hello and thank the staff for their commitment to service. They will appreciate hearing how they've made a difference in the lives of our riders.
